Obtention of a mortgage pre-approval to let potential buyers know the exact amount they can spend on the purchase of a property and to demonstrate their serious to sellers during negociations.

Day to day

Regular updates through our property search system including all the new listings that match your criteria. We select properties to visit with you. We plan the visits of the desired properties, including those on the MLS and those for sale by the owner ( or FOR SALE by the owner). We will always be present during visits.

Strategy implementation

Set up a strategy to get the best price and the best terms. Analysis of comparable properties for sale and sold in the area, consultation of the Land Registry.


Writing the promise to purchase with all the conditions and addendum representing your interests.


Presentating the promise to purchase on your behalf and negotiating to get you the property, with the best possible terms. In general, the potential buyer is not present at the presentation of the offer to the listing broker or seller. Once the offer is presented, the seller will do one of the following: accept the offer, reject the offer or offer a counter-proposal with modifications.


We will refer you to highly skilled partners who will respect the buying process: notary, building inspector, mortgage broker, etc.


We are always available to answer your questions. We will be present at the notary to finalize the transaction with you.
